MELBOURNE, this day,
The Sophocles brought 10 returned officers and 74 men, including the following New Zealanders: Lieutenant Neale Sergeant McDonald, Trooper Samuels (Rough Rulers); Trooper Thurston, Mounted Infantry- Hie Mayor and prominent citizens welcomed them at the Town Hall, and they were entertained at night in the ba Thae Comrah also brought a number of troops who have been invalided to England, but no New Zealanders.
