MILITARY ENQUIRY REPORT.
SYDNEY, this day.
The report of the Military Enquiry Commission finds that the absence of organisation, carelessness and indifference amongst officers in the equipment of troops for South Africa was bad, and calls for the establishment of a State clothing factory, and an ammunition and small arms factory.
