LIBERAL AND LABOUR FEDERATION.
Owing, partly, to the inclemency of the weather, and also to the fact that several union meetings took place last evening, the attendance at the' meeting of the Liberal and Labour Federation was not sufficiently large to warrant business being proceeded with, only about a dozen being present. Under the circumstances it was decided to postpone the delivery of Dr. McArthur's lecture to a date to be fixed by the Council.
