COMPANY AMALGAMATION
LONDON, November 8. The Union Mortgage Agency Company of Australia unanimously resolved to dissolve in order to amalgamate with the Australian Estates Mortgage Co. The scheme provides that shareholders in the Union shall become shareholders in the instates Co. The Union debenture debt will be reduced to £600,000 by calls, a-nd thereafter exchanges for Estate Co.'s debenture stock.
