I" I TWO HUNDKED KILLED. ! . NEW YOEK, April 13. 'A Revolution has been proceeding for some time in Bolivia. Colonel Pando, leader of the Revolutionists, has defeated the Government forces under President Alonzo, killing two hundred men.

A Lima (Peru) telegram of March 2 stated: 'The position of President AJonzo in 'Bolivia appears, from th^ latest news received here, to be becoming embarrassing. Colonel Adams ■went south from here on last Saturday's steamer, and it is reported that lie*took with him 5,000 rifles and four pieces of field artillery, intended for the Federalists, the name borne by the revolutionists, who' are sorely pressing the President of Bolivia.'
