Sir,—ln your issue: of Monday, 22n<3, Mr Squirrell. mentions that the "Waihl School had been closed without any protest on the'part of the Board. Will you kindly contradict this statement. The Waihi School has never been closed, either for measles or any other epidemic—l am, etc, GEORGE COMPSTON, Chairman.
