(By Telegraph.-^Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this; day. The 3V[inister of Railways has refused a request made that members should be granted free railway passes during the session to their wives and daughters. The refusal by the Minister of Justice to entertain complaints privately made by the Prohibition deputation against magistrates is generally approved by all parties.
