After three years* trial, of the higher rate,- he finds.that not only has he lost very much by the change,, but that inconsequence of the epormous proportion of bad debts, he only gets on an average, ■as much as he charged before. From this date. therefore, his fees will be as follows:—Consultation, including all internal medicines,, except patent or proprietary articles, Half a crown. Certificates 2/6. Visits between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., Five Shillings. Visits before' or after those hours One Guinea. All fees, both for' Consultations and Visits; to be cash. No fees will be booked. No midwifery taken.
