TOTALISATOR ODDS CASE.
(Byl Telegraph.—Press Association.) . WELLINGTON, this day. The result of the recent raid came before the Court to-day in.the shape of a prosecution Patterson "and O'Neil on a charge of laying tbtalisator odds with W. L'arkin and others. It •is understood a very large number of witnesses are ■'subpcenaed. Larkin refused to state whether he-made a -wager on the ground that, he might commit himself, and it is expected 'others will take the, same lines.
