The instruction will be given by MISS FORBES, who will also resume her Adult Classes in the 'Excelsior' system, which has just been improved and re-modelled. The system now consists of two small charts instead of three, as formerly. It is constructed to cut any garment. It requires no fitting, is easily learned in a few.lessons. Fees for adults will be reduced between July 18 and' August IS.
