BRUNNER ACTIONS SETTLED.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.)

WELLINGTON, this day.

All of the judgments gained by plaintiffs in the recent Brunner mine actions against the Greymouth Point Elizabeth" Coal Company have now been settled by the payment of a lump sum to plaintiffs' solicitor. As a consequence of this the seizure of the mine by the debenture-holders has been cancelled, and the company is again in possession of its property. Full work will be resumed at Brunner on Monday next, heavy rains on the West Coast having interfered with immediate resumption of operations during this week.
