On the petition of the New Zealand Shipping Company Judge Wright has made an order for the winding up of the Canadian-Australian Royal Mail Line, ami a receiver was appointed. It is unlikely the service will be interrupted. The action arose out of disputes between .Sir Edwin Dawes and Mr James Huddart.
