SUGAR BOUNTIES.
LONDON, December 11
It is announced that Great Britain will join with the other Powers in conference regarding the proposed abolition of the sugar bounties.
BERLIN, December 11
The Government will submit a bill to the Reichstag abolishing sugar bounties, but the French Government have not yet decided upon any action.
