CONSTANTINOPLE, November 28. Turkey, in defiance of the Avarning from Russia, has ordered 150 Krupp cannon.
COTTON OPERATIVES' STRIKE.
LONDON, November 28.
The cotton operatives avlio agreed to submit the question of reduction of Avages to arbitration have rejected the terms of arbitration proposed by tlie emptoyers, and haA'e given notice of their intention to go on strike on December 14th.
