The total number of bales to be ofFered at the wool sales to-day is 9,753. The total at the opening sale last season was 5,861. LONDON, November 25. The last of this year's wool sales opened to-day with fair competition. Prices ranged from par to 5 per cent, decline. At the weekly auction of tallow 2,325 casks were offered and 1,675 sold. Fine mutton, 21s; medium, 19s; fine beef, 19s 9cl; medium, 18s. The American visible supply of wheat is estimated at 48,758,000 bushels. Silver, 28 3|d per oz.
