At Messrs S. Cochrane and Son's auction mart to-day the lease of an allotment of 4.-J; acres at One Tree Hill for 21 year, was sold at £10 per annum. The lease of a 10----acre allotment in Epsom for seven years was sold at £15 per year. The leases of nine allotments for 21 years in the Breakwater Road were disposed of at the following prices: £SB, £59, £45 (2), £41, £43 (2), and £28 (2). A cottage in Severn-street was sold for £130, and a cottage and allotment at Kingsland was sold for £10. Mr R. W. de Montalk, in another column, calls for tenders for the erection of a brick shop and dwelling in Victoria-street West. A meeting of creditors in the estate of William Webb, a bankrupt, which was to have been held to-day in the office of the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy lapsed for want of a quormn.
