A youth named William Frederick Morris, convicted yesterday, was^eotsneed to two years' imprisonment. Charles Cripps and Annie Brown were convicted, bub sentence was deferred. A charge agairißt Alfred Westbury of indecent assault was taken this afteraoon.

Nelson, this day.

Walter K. Atkinson, a prohibited person, was bo-day fined £1 and coats for entering an hotel. Richard Glover, who accompanied Atkinson and ordered the drinke, was fined 103 and costs. The latter pleaded ignoranca that Abkinson was prohibited, .bub Mr Eobinaon, S.M., was satisfied otherwise.
