Lonbon, September 2. The " Daily News " says France, Russia and Italy favour exclusion of the claims of Greek bondholders from the consideration in the proposed joint control of Greek revenue. Austria, the paper adds, is wavering between British and German proposals respecting the Greek war indemnity loan.
