■Hamilton, thia day. Ax a meeting of the Hospital Board, tbs matter of drawing up the estimates for next year was left to fehe Finance Committee. The Chairman reported that Dr. Kenny waa now away on two month*' leave, ®r. Simson acting, as locum tenens. Accounts amounting to £168 2s 10s were passed for payment. The credit balance, after these payments, was stated to ba £368 103 3d. A vote of thanka was accorded Dr. and Mra Kenny for their handsome voluntary donation of eevea guineas each. The Secretary informed members that Dr. MacGregor had inspected the Hospital and said the institu. tioa reflected the greatest credit! on til connected therewith.
