Constantinople, February 26. The Czar has sent presents to th c Sultan. The latter has given Presiden 1 Faure his best horse, explaining thai the present is in recognition of his joining Russia and Germarty to prevent Lord Salisbury exacting reparation for the Armenian atrocities.
