THE FORGED TELEGRAM

Pretoria, February 27. The Government deny the first story published by. the "Votkstein" about their having sent a forged telegram to Dr. Jameson bidding him to advance. The High Court of Pretoria has confirmed the interdict placed by the Gsvernment on the shares and property 0/ Mr Philips and others concerned in the recent troubles in the Transvaal.
