IMPORTANT PROPERTY SALE.
Messrs Digby Tonks and Co., held an important property «ala to-day at Brunswick- Marb. The properties were Bituated in Karangahape Road and Day-streeb and formed a portion of the estate of the late Philip Herepath. An allotment having 66 feet frontago to Karangahape Road and a similar frontage to Day-atreet with four shops and four dwelling houses erected on ib was bought by Mr H. Ashton (as agent) for £3,100.
A property with a baker'fl and confectioner's shop on it, having a frontage of 33fb to Karangahape Road, and a depth of <-"149 ft, fell to Mr W. Easdown for *880. Part of allotments 4 and 5, section 54, having a frontage to Day-street of 86ft 6>n, together with the unexpired lease of another portion of allotment 4, was offered. Erocted!on the property are two dwelling houses. . This was also bought by Mr W Eoadown for £545/
An allotment of 88 acres, in the parish of Waibakerei, fell to Mr \Y. Eaadown for £7.
