The schooner Saxon sailed on Saturday night for Gisborne.
The s.s. Poherua sailed on Saturday evening for the Bluff.

The barque Freetrader arrived early yesterday morning from Newcastle after a run of 13 days, during which variable weather was experienced.
The schooner Queen, which arrived yeß--terdayfrom Hokianga, has the following general cargo:— _ ton kumeras, 6 totara piles, 2,200 feeb totara timber,6 sacks gum, 300 posts, 100 sleepers, 4 bags wool, 1_ ton sundries.
Tho brigantine Anthons arrived in port yesterday afternoon with coal from Nowcastle, which port Bhe lett on tjbe2Bth vlb,, experiencing variable winds on the run across, with squally weather down the coast till arrival. The brigantine was this morning borthed at the Railway Wharf, when she commenced the discharge of hor cargo.
The brigantine Stanley arrived in porb ab 4 o'clock yesberday morning from Porb Kembla (N.S.W.) with a cargo of coal. The brigantine left the Australian port on the 24th nit., and on the run across met with lighb variable winds bill off Cape Brett, when a moderate westerly gale, which lasted to arrival, was encountered. The Stanley was towed up to the Sugar Works, Chelsea, this morning when she discharges her coal.
8 The s.s. Manapouri berthed at tbe Quay treet Wharf at 9.15 a.m. to-day, from Melbourne, via Hobarb and Southern ports. Sbe left Melbourne on the 26th ulb., calling ab Hobart on bhe 16th, and arriving ab tbe Bluff on March 29tb. The Manapouri experienced fine weather to Hobart, thence strong westerly and south-west winds and high sea with squally weather to Bluff, followod by tine weather to Gisborne, thence thick, rainy weabher, clearing on approaching porb.
