THE LONDON BANK OF AUSTRALIA.
London, May 5.
The profits of the London Bank of Australia at bhe end of 1893 were £5,986. The bank pays a dividend on preference shares, bub none on ordinary shares, and carries forward £2,082. The directors state tbab bhe securities have been strictly re-valued, and the losses and depreciations have been provided tor out of the contingency fund, of which tbe balance amply provides against any further loss.
