A NEW MINISTERIAL PROGRAMME.
SOCIAL AND SANITARY REFORMS. Paris, November 22. The programme of M. Dupuy, Premier, declares against -Socialism, and advocates individual" liberty and the freedom of labour. Ib promises social and sanitary reforms, and the establishment of a superanuation fund for workingmen. The programme has been well received in the Chamber of Deputies.
