Messrs Baker Bros, yesterday sold a Waiwera lease, as advertised, for £25 to Mr E. Bond. Other properties were passed in. There was a fair abtendance at tho sale of properties held by Messrs Gabriel Lewis and Co. to-day, and the following lobs were disposed of:—Vacant allotment in Morrowstreet, Newmarket, 39*8 x 93*6, £40; cottage aud allotment, Brighton Road, £90; cottage and allotment, Liverpoolstreet, £13210s; house and allotment, View Road, Mount Eden, £132105. The remainder of the Morrow-streeb property is still far private sale.
