HOLMAN.-On November 21, at hi 3 late residence, Ponsonby, Henry Charles Holman. late of Whangarei; aged 81 years. Interment at Whangarci. MASON—On November 21, at her residence. Belmont Terrace. Remuera, Ellen, the beloved wife of William Mason; aged 45 years. The funeral will leave his late residence for Parowa to-morrow (Thursday), at 3.15 p.m. Friends please accept this intimation. PHILLIPS.—On August 14, at Berka, near Weimar, Germany, Reginald, youngest son of Rev. E. J. Phillips; aged 18 years.
