IMPORTANT SEIZURE

Paris, March 31. Ravachal was seized by the police in a wine shop. He had two revolvers in his possession, but his attempts to use them were futile. When he was safely secured he shouted "Vive l'anarchy." There is great rejoicing, in the city at Ravachal's arrest. A considerable quantity of explosives were found secreted in his lodgings.
