The Great Allied Show Company, which has had the misfortune to have its circus horses quarantined pending inspection by an officer who has not yet arrived from the South, appears to be on particularly hard lines. At the islands several members of the Company were laid up with influenza, and now, having arrived here ready to perform, serious delay is caused by an unforeseen difficulty. Under the circumstances Mr Abbotb has placed at the disposal of the Company the Opera House for three nights, commencing Boxing night, December 26th.
