NATIVE LAND LAWS COM MISSION.

New Plymouth, this day. The Native Land Commission arrived from Auckland last night by the steamer, and commences its inquiry in Now Plymouth this morning. Mr Samuel gives evidence as to the working of the existing native land laws in this district, and Mr Rendall, native trustee, in respect of dealing with reserves. On Wednesday the Commission goes to Parihaka and on to Opunake, and round the coast.
