In view of the heavy traffic over the Cemetery Bridge which is likely to take place before and after the Squadron Sports to-morrow, it is desirable that precautions should be taken to prevent the occurrence of any mishap. Men should be stationed at each end of the biidge with the oibject of regulating the traffic and seeing that too many people do not attempt to pass over at one time. Some precaution of this kind is necessary to prevent an accifont.
