Thames, this day. A telegram has been received from Mr Fraser, M.H.R., stating thab Mr Norbhcrofb, R.M., ha 3 been appointed by the Minister of Justice to inquire into the conduct of Messrs Haselden and Douglas, J. P.'s, in dismissing the case of the Orphan Eayers v. Mrs Williams.
