THE CLOSED HOTELS.
The application for the .writ of to compel the City North Licensing Committee to issue a renewal of license to the Eagle Hotel ha.s been seb down for hearing on Wednesday next at the Supreme Court. Dr. Laishley will make the application, and we understand that Mr Theo. Cooper has been retained to oppose it. Mr Heskebh is making similar applications with regard to the': Wharf and Foresters' Arms Hotels.
