Cox, Beamish, Nicholson, Daniels, Villbrs, Kemp, Irvine, Hughes, Wright, Hugo, and 15 steerage. En route, for Sydney : Mr and Mrs Ledger, Mr and Mrs Gundrie, Rev. M. C. Israel, Mr Gapper, and 5 steerage.

Inwards Coastwise. —Lady of the Lake, scow, from Hobsonville, with bricks ; Watchman, cutter, from Mahurangi, with 90 sacks lime and 110 sacks cement ; Mariner, schooner, from Whangaroa, with 55,000 ft. timber; Four Sisters, cutter, from tho Thames, in ballast ; Atlanta, schooner, from Whangarei, with 60 tons coal ; Totara, barge, from Waipu, with potatoes ; Margaret Casey, cutter, from Waiheke, with firewood; Lizette, ketch, from the Thames, in ballast; Katie, cutter, from the Wade, with kauri gum.

At the Customs the barque Alastor has entered outwards for Wellington, where she loads up for Home.

Tho barque Rebecca sails shortly for Mercury Bay to load up with timber for an Australian port.

The brisantine Peerless has been berthed at the Hobson-street Wharf to undergo some repairs to her topmasts, having lifted out her mainfopmast. She sails shoroly for the Kaipara, to load kauri for Sydney.

A large shipment of the first oranges of the season has arrived from Tahiti by the brigantine Darcy Pratt, _ now discharging at the Queen-street Wharf. Tho cargo, some 4,000 cases in all, is in very fair condition, notwithstanding the brigantine's rather long and rough passage from the Island.

Last evening the New Zealand Shipping Company's fine direct steamer Rlmutaka berthed at the Queen-street Wharf, and started putting out her London cargo for Auckland, some 700 tons in all, including a large quantity of railway iron. She will continue at the work all to - night, and is expected to sail lor Napier and Lyttelton to-morrow morning at nine o'clock. She leaves Wellington finally for Plymouth via Rio de Janeiro, on the 16th inst.
