Messrs Thoe. Cook and Son have sfoown us a new Folder of the Sounds (the second of the series) got up by the Government Survey Department in firstclass style for distribution by this universal tourist firm. Copies can be obtained at the office, Victoria Arcade. Messrs Thomas Cook and Son have secured suitable premises in Sydney, at the corner of George and. Hunter-streets, and the office will be opened about the 15th February. Mr W. T. Cunningham, formerly of the Tourist Bureau, Bridge-street, has been appointed manager. Hβ has an extensive knowledge of tourist requirements. Offices will also be opened in Brisbane and Hobarb. The Melbourne office of the firm, in the Exchange, having proved too small, they move after Ist proximo into more commodious premises at No. 281, Collins-straet, and larger premises will probably be taken shortly in Auckland,
