This Day.
Bankruptcies Closed.—On the application of Mr Cave (for the Official Assignee) the following bankruptcies were declared closed: —Ernest George itobert Ford and William Samuel Collins (assets realised L 940), Alfred Norman Hyland (3s ojd in the L realised), Cornelius Little (assets realised LI 1 7s sd), William La Grenade Mitchell (L 34 13s realised), Peter Shaughnessey (L 34 14s realised); Annie Sarah Moore(Ll2orealised); Patrick Gordon : Mr Rigby who made the application in this case stated that the debts had been paid in full.
Proof of Debt. —On the application of Mr Alexander, a proof of debt was admitted in the estate of Harry Neil Smith.
Bill-of-Sale. — A motion in re Arthur Robert Denrly to declare a certain bill-of-sale null and void was allowed to stand over for a week, as a settlement is probable.
Orders of Discharge.—Orders of <4.!5----charge were granted in re. Samuel Neiil (moved by Mr Bloomfield), Lawford David Evans (moved by Dr. Laishley), James Stewart (moved by Mr Devore), Edward Charles Windsor (moved by Mr A. Brock). A similar application by Mr F. Earl on behalf of Edward Prior Donnelly, was ordered to stand over as the affidavits failed to state that all wages claims had been fully satisfied.
Withdrawn.—A motion by Mr Campbell, to move that certain payments in re Alexander Browne be declared void, has withdrawn a payment of costs L 2 2s, also a motion to take evidence orally. A motion by Mr Dufaur to reverse decision of Official Assignee in re Earnest George Robert Ford and William Samuel Collins was also withdrawn. Revival of Bankruptcy. lie Hk>*ry Albert Holland Hitciiexs.— A motion for the revival of the bankruptcy herein was, on Mr Alexander's application, adjourned till Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
