Court. — Mr Burton for plaintiff, and ;Mr Aloxander for defendant,—By agreement judgment was given for the amount claimed., to be payed in monthly Instalments of £5. RoitEBT Johnston v. John Cane. — Claim for poseesaion of cortain land.— Blr Mahonoy for plaintiff, and Mr Cotter defendant.— Mr Cotter eaid that tho defendant had confeesod judgment, costs woro allowed at the lowost scale.

Tho usual affidavit and other necessary documents were handed in. His Honor accordingly mado the decree absolute. The Court wns then adjourned until 10 o'clock to-morrow morning.
