Exciting Incident in Ireland.

London, March 20th. Father Kelvkr, parish priost at Youghal, Cork, Ireland, has been arrested for refusing
to appear in Dublin as a witness in a case against a defaulting tenunt. He was yesterday brought to Dublin. At all the towns and villages on route ho recoivedan ovation frpm the populace. On being brought before the Court in Dublin, ho refused to answer quostions, and was committod to prison for contempt of Court. A largo croud escorted him to prison. In tho House of Commons last night, tho Irinh mombere invoighnd against the arrest of t'other Kolvor, and accused the Governraont of tho wilful exasperation of the Irish people in order to justify coercion in lroland. Mr Arthur Balfour, tho now Irish Secretary, vohomontly replied ,to tho accusation, and doclared that to tho banoful agitation of tho " Plan of campaign " was duo the disorder in Ireland,
