London, March 20. Gkkmany, Austria, and Italy have agreed that the peculiar interest of each is protected by Italy having agreed to assist Austria. It is censidored that the effect will bo to paralyze Russia, and leave France at tho mercy of Germany.
It is reported that Austria and Russia havo each 300,000 troops massed in the vicinity of the Gaiuian frontier.
