Rk.manded. — Henry Williams, James Norris, and Simon Westlako were charged with eteafing 9 pi}?* °f iron, value £3, tho property of T. and S. Morrin and Co.—On the application of Sergeant Pratt, the caso was remanded for a week.
Family Quarrels. — L'zzio Donovan pleaded guilty to a chnrgo of breaking windows, value 10.-", tho property of Edward Donovan. She, however, pleaded extenuating circumstances. She eaid that stories to her disadvantage had been told against her, and that Donovan had uted bad language to her.—Donovan was called an 1 said tho accused was his sister-in-law. He gave evidemco relativo to tho breaking of tho windows, and eaid the glass which he put in cost him 3-\— The Bench warned the accufed, who said sho would not repeat the ofl'onco, and fined her 5a and costs, and se, tho value of the damage done.
