By consent, tho petitioner was allowed alimony pendenle lilt: at tho rate of £75 per annum, payable on tho ldt of each month, commencing July Ist, A motion in the eamo case for taxation was roferred to the' Registrar. A motion that commist-ion shall issuoto oxaminopotitionor was reiueid, and petitioner was told that sho must bring horeelf within tho jurisdiction of tho Court. Re Hugh McLeod (deceased). —Mr Alexander moved for letters of administration, which wero granted to tho father of tho deceased, money and accounts, as usual, and aurety dispensed with. Ro Bernard Levy (deceased).— Mr George movod for probato, which was granted, to the executors named in tho will.
Ko William Carter Pain (deceased). —Mr S. Jackson, jun., moved for letters of administration, with will annexed, which was granted, cum testament annexed. Ro Flora Callonder (deceased).—On tko motion of Mr Jamos Rubholl, probato was granted to tho executors namoi in tho will. Re George Bennett (deceased). —The order for lottors of administration waa ronewed
Ro Companies Act, 1882, and Auckland Co operative Drapery and Clothing Com pany (Limited). -Mr Rigloy moved for the appointment of liquidator-. —Liquidators to bo appointed as prayed, to act jointly, to enter into bond of £1,000 each, and to havo tho powers of Section 158 without sanction of the Court.
