Wellington, this day. In tho Divorco Court, in tho cuso of Monkton v, Monkt'on, His Honor refused, with regret, to t'rant a decrco nisi. Ho considered tho caso of an unprecedented nature, but the present law gavo him no option, cruelty in tho eyo of tho law not having beon proved. He oxprossed a hope that tho caso would load to the amending of tho Deceased Wifo's Sister Act, which deprived a woman of all remedy in such a caso as tho presont.
