Sander.son.—Claim, LlO, damages for a dog shot I by defendants Vermont-street Ponsonby.— Mr Earl (instructed by Mr Jackson) for plaintiff; Mr George for defendant.—Tho defence was that tho dog had been shot whilo in hot pursuit of defendant's fowl.— Judgment was given for plaintiff for LI, as the value of tho clog, and L 2 (is costs. Eyre v. Giiee-twav.—Claim LI, balanco of account owing for a parrot,—Mr Bras.ey for plaintiff; defendant in person.—The salo of tho bird for JL'2, and the payment of Jt'l on account, having been proved, judgment, was <;iveii for tlio amount claimed, with L 3 :1s tid costs. Jones v. Brown.—Claim, 15s, for wages and wrongful dismissal.—-Mr Earl for plaintiff, who had been engaged in defendant's oyster-rooms for a week, and then dismissed. —Judgment was given for ns wages and costs 25s (id. Tlio Court thon adjourned.
