Per s.s. City of Sydney as follows :— For Sandwich Islands, United States of America, Canada. British Columbia, Central and South America, and British and Foreign West Indies, at 1 p.m. For United Kingdom and Continont of Europe, at 1 p.m. For money orders, rcgisterod letters, and newspapers, at 11.30 a.m. Lato letters, bearing an extra feo of sixpence in addition to the postage, will bo received by the Mail Agent on board the steamer up to tho time of sailing. This mail will be due in London on Monday, 19th November.

N.B.—On and after Ist Octobor next, money orders will bo issued payable in the Dominion of Canada.
