McGregor, Dunedin, for tho Society's gold medal for the best set of solicitor's papers. They have also mado the following awards :—Certificate of merit for excellence of work, V. Kipponborger, Christchiireh; 11. T. W. HalliwoU, Dunedin. Honourable mention : F. G. iiaimond, Christchurch ; A. S. Adams, Dunedin; J. A. Gaygill, Christchurch.
