Sir George Grey's Departure for Auckland.
WELLINGTON, this day. Sir George Grey leaves here lit six o'clock thin evening for the Mauukuu, and will arrive at Ouehunga at or before tenojelock on Wednesday morning. Nothing colild have been better or more satisfactory than the way election matters have gone in the South. At all the places visited tho ' people have manifested the greatest interest in the elections, and the great Liberal cause, which is spreading rapidly throughout. The Premier is in good health notwithstanding the fatigue he has undergone. He will be returned for C 1 irfs tenure 11 at the head of the poll, and it is confidently expected that two supporters will be returned with him.
