The half-yearly meeting of the Pride of Tokatea Goldmining Company, which was to have taken place this afternoon, fell through for want of a quorum.The following receipts and balance-sheet will be submitted at the forthcoming meeting i-llcceipts from calls, £290 5a ; receipts and tributes, Xl 36s 9d; expenditure in wages, rent, &c, £198 18s sd, leaving a Wance of £104 15s 4d.
