At Howick there was a good attendance in the Bchool-room, Mr Barry in the chair. At the close of the address, Messrs White, Woodward, Campbell, McGuiness, and Captain Pye questioned the candidates. Captain Irving proposed and Mr Fit2patrick seconded a vote of confidence, which was carried amid great cheering for Sir George Grey and the candidates.
