THE SUNDAY-SCHOOL EXHIBITION.

The industrial exhibition in connection with the feunday - school Union was attended yesterday by nearly SOO persons, who inspected the numerous and varied offerings of industrial skill produced by thousands of Jittle hands with feelings of appreciation and delight. Beyond the children's exhibits, numbers of interesting articles were handed m by tradesmen and others in order that every spare place may be filled to the utmost satisfaction. We noticed particularly to the right of the principal entrance to the hall that Mr. Martin, of Grafton Road School had brought his valuable collection of geological cuiiosities exhibited at his late scientific lectures, including chemicals, gum, fossils, and minerals. Mr. Cranwdl also had furnished gome handsome articles of furniture, and not the least of the attractions of the exhibition wa<3 the Union library con. sisting of many hundred volumes of'moral and religious work?, selected with much judgment by the Union committee. In the evening, the visitors were treated to a concert in the side-room by the Tonic Sol-Fa class, under Mr Charles Bloomfisld, which was veiy successful, including "Home of my Youth," "Our own sweet thoughts," " Sports of Childhood," and similar sentimental ballads and pieces. Miss FroudeJ recited with much pathos Eliza Cook's, "The old Man to his young Wife." The exhibition was re-openod this afternoon at two o'clock. In our notice yesterday, the word "judges" was erroneously substituted for " committee."
