ROSE AMD SHAMROCK GOLD MINING COMPANY.-(Limited)
The annual general meeting of this company was held this afternoon in the office, Short-land-street, for the purpose of receiving the directors' report and balance-sheet, and to elect directors in the place of tho3e who retire. F. Whitaker, Esq., in the chair. The directors' report and balance-sheet were read and adopted. The report expressed regret that the explorations of the mine had not been attended with very satisfactory results, butitexpressed a hope that the Cariboo portion of the Company's mine, which has now to be explored, will be productive of satisfactory results. The retiring directors, Messrs Sommerville and Wilson, were re-elected. i?3A vote of thanks to the Chairmaji elpsed the meeting.
